All recorders and data acquisition products are covered by a full one-year warranty. Astro-Med offers Customer Support Packages and Service Agreements for our platform recorders. Extended Warranties are available for our portable recorders and data acquisition products. |

| Training |
Astro-Med offers a number of training options to allow you to get the most benefit out of your recorder. Test & Measurement College is a two or three day comprehensive class taught at our factory in Rhode Island. On-Site Training is also available for customers requiring training at their own facility. |
