SA-HSV Service Agreement for the Everest

Available for Everest Telemetry Recorder Workstation, the SA-HSV Service Agreement provides replacement hard drive cartridges for systems in secure locations. Coverage is for a period of 12 months.

Under the SA-HSV Service Agreement, Astro-Med, Inc. will:

Provide a replacement hard drive cartridge in the event of hard drive failure. Once you receive the replacement cartridge simply remove the drive(s) from the original cartridge and return the empty cartridge to Astro-Med.

Please contact Astro-Med Technical Support Services for more information or for a formal "Proposal and Agreement" including terms and conditions. The Serial Number of your recorder(s) is required for a formal quotation.
